Return Window: Return requests may be submitted within 30 days from the date you receive the item(s).
Return Conditions:
The item must be in its original packaging, with all accessories and tags intact.
The item must be unused, undamaged, and unaltered.
The original invoice or order confirmation email must be included.
Non-Returnable Items:
Items that have been used or show signs of obvious damage.
Orders submitted beyond the specified return window. - Refund Policy
For orders that meet the return criteria, once we have received the returned item(s) and verified their condition, we will process the refund within 7–10 business days.
